Master batch instructions written by a word processor using something like Microsoft Word, then printed, reviewed and approved as a hard copy, which is signed and dated. True or false, is this an electronic record?
Q7A (section 5.4) does not define what constitutes an electronic record. But from a Part 11 perspective, it depends on is how you are using that document.
