The plant cannot take corn, or load feed, into a truck that has hauled animal protein products, metal,
recycling products, garbage/waste transported to landfills, fertilizers, pesticides (as defined by FIFRA, 7
USC Section 136) , solvents or chemicals, asphalt or construction waste, medical waste, or
hazardous waste (as defined by 40 CFR Section 261.2). Therefore, the plant will request that the
driver of each truck sign a statement that it has not hauled such products or, if it has, that it has cleaned
out the truck prior to arriving at the plant.
