What are the responsibilities of Test Facilities (TF) and sponsors with respect to overseeing the work and ensuring the qualifications of the full range of GLP service providers / subcontractors?

The sponsor’s responsibilities for provided services are described in OECD Advisory Document No 11 (The Role and Responsibilities of the Sponsor in the Application of the Principles of GLP) and in the OECD GLP Principles Document No 1 paragraph 2.2, point no. 5. If a sponsor is a test facility, the test facility management’s obligations also include assessing the supplied services.
