Will information about the performance of an AO and audit/inspection reports issued under the PMAP be made public?

FDA and HC may share general information about the operation of the PMAP and lessons learned during the course of the pilot. The PMAP does not in any way change current laws, regulations or practices in the US and Canada regarding the release of confidential information.
