You, as a generic pharmaceutical manufacturer, should use Q7A as your guide for your API
suppliers. And if, indeed, you’re purchasing it from an agent, then you need to make sure the
CA’s and everything else that we talk about in Section 17 are met. It’s your protection that’s
involved here.
