Do distributors of raw materials need to be approved and put on an approved supplier list? What is needed? Is an audit needed?

Q7A states you should have a system for evaluating the suppliers of critical raw materials. It’s
also written in the document that the agent and so on should transfer all the quality or regulatory
information to the customer, including the name of the manufacturer. Q7A does not include an
expectation of an audit.
