If I understood well, the Haiti incident, the problem was caused by a raw material, how does Section 17 prevent this from reoccurring? Should the requirements be part of the material section?

Well quite frankly, it doesn’t matter what section it was a part of. Nothing can, with a 100%
assurance, prevent everything. What Section 17 was trying to do in implementing the
recommendations of the workshop that was made to World Health, is to be able to open up all the
doors and the information so that if it were to happen again, and it probably will, you would be
able to trace it back to a possible cause and at least have a shot at preventing it.
