This is not addressed in Q7A. Reworks would normally not repeat since they occur for unusual
situations. There’s language with respect to reprocessing where it says if the majority of the
batches are reprocessed, than you might want to consider incorporating that into your normal or
established process, but there is no similar language for reworks.
