As the previous poster indicated, this is not a failure until a 1.35 is reached. That assumes that the last figure is a significant one. However, two further points need to be considered. There is no indication of how the values have previously trended. If this is a single spike from a previous lot values well below an investigation is in order to understand this near failure. However, if the values have been at this level (or just below) for some time, you should examine what specification is really needed to make product acceptable. It may actually be telling you that a higher spec may be acceptable. You do not want to be dancing so close to the edge of failure routinely.
