Is it required to perform an IQ to a piece of equipment that has been operating normally for a long time?

For existing equipment, your IQ documents what is currently installed in your facility. There’s no
need to go back 20 or 30 years to when the equipment was originally installed. You just
document what is currently installed. So it’s less of an IQ.
