No, because there is no technical FDA approval process of monographed products and that is the great thing about the monograph. As long as you meet each of the criteria laid out in the labeling requirements you can go straight to market. If you decide to change a formulation of an OTC product or change the labeling, it is always required to go back to the monograph and see if it is permitted. But there would be no approval process for post approval change.
