What happens after the end of the current moratorium on the medical device excise tax?

The medical device excise tax will apply to sales of taxable medical devices made after Dec. 31, 2019, and taxpayers will be required to report sales of taxable medical devices made during the first quarter of 2020 on Form 720 by Apr. 30, 2020.
