A waiver is a notice published in the Federal Register by which FDA grants that all or some of the requirements of the Sanitary Transportation rule will not be applied to persons, vehicles, food, or non food products identified in the notice. A waiver is effective on the date the notice is published. (21 CFR 1.930)
