When, if ever, is parametric release of Intermediates allowed, either to skip testing or reduce testing?

If parametric or skip lot testing is in compliance with the registration and allows compliance with
the intent of Q7A, there is nothing in Q7A that prohibits either parametric release or skip lot
testing.
