There’s nothing in Q7A that requires a sample room log. Your records should have the date on
which material was sampled, and your procedure or records should have identified where it is
sampled, so you can probably identify what happened in that room. The fact that there’s no
expectation of a sample room log in Q7A does not necessarily mean it is not a good practice, and
your company may have logs of sequences and times in which things are sampled.
