Yes, you do and the letter that you send them needs to tell that when and how much they have to pay. But if they don’t pay, don’t cut off their insurance and just pay their co-pay and when they come back make arrangements for them to repay you. If they don’t come back you can take them to small claims court for the same thing, which is not recommended though.
