How do I know if my Haccp is working?

Verification is done to determine:

1. that the HACCP plan is being implemented properly;
2. that practices used are consistent with the HACCP plan;
3. that the HACCP system is working to control significant hazards; and.
4. whether modifications of the HACCP plan are required to reduce the risk of recurrence of deviations.
