There is no reporting requirement as long as you stay within the confines of the monograph. You can make changes as long as you meet the requirements of the monograph. You would need to report in terms of listing or relisting the new product because it would be different from the product you already listed. There is no formal submission to the FDA saying that there is a change to this product, it is going to be represented in the new product listing.
