No, actually sanitizing is at 65,the only precaution ahead is that at 85 degrees you may want to make sure that everything gets sanitized so maybe what you do is to sanitize at 85 degrees is flush hot water through every outlet on some periodic basis. If that does not routinely happen through every sample, pour it through every use point and flush hot water and sanitize those but do you have to increase the temperature even higher? No you do not – at 85, it is hot enough to be continuously sanitizing.
