Is it the expectation of Q7A that equipment should be calibrated before and after a preventive maintenance is done on a piece of equipment?

There is not necessarily a link between the calibration of instruments and the preventive
maintenance. If the preventive maintenance affects the calibration, then calibration should be
done afterwards.
