According to Section 14.4, “solvents can be recovered and reused in the same process or in
different processes, provided that the recovery procedures are controlled and monitored to
ensure that solvents meet appropriate standards before reuse.” This includes recovery of
solvents used for cleaning. Of course, you should establish appropriate test specifications and
quality criteria for the recovered solvents.
