CFRA leave staring for a pregnant employee – If a pregnant employee is on FMLA & PDL and she gives birth, will the CFRA start as soon as the baby is born or does it not start until PDL has been exhausted?

PDL doesn’t get to run until it is exhausted. PDL ends when they no longer disabled because of pregnancy which is usually 6 weeks for normal and 8 weeks for a caesarean birth. But women having twins or triplets may be disabled longer. PDL will run longer as long as the doctor says the person is disabled because of the pregnancy.
